About the Owner
My journey began at the University of Florida, where I immersed myself in Industrial and Systems Engineering, honing my skills in process optimization and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. After school, I had the privilege of working 7+ years at Deloitte Consulting, implementing automated solutions across the Life Sciences, Energy, Federal Government, Construction and Banking industries.
During my time embedded in different corporations, I encountered a common dilemma - the relentless grind of mundane tasks and inefficient processes stifling the potential of talented individuals. This never-ending work forced a reactive environment where everyone was just trying to keep up with the day-to-day demands. Feelings of being tired, stressed, and overwhelmed resonated throughout each company, making employees feel like they couldn’t even take a day off!
Fueled by a burning desire to make a difference, I founded HauerBot Consulting. At its core, our mission is deeply personal: free companies from the shackles of busy work and create environments where employees can thrive, connecting with their passions and each other.
